Microcosm/Macrocosm and how to save the world

Earth is a superorganism.
There is one pattern repeating continually throughout.
Everything found on the microcosmic scale is replicated on the macrocosmic scale,
Our human body mimics the body of the macro, the earth.
As we have a network of capillaries, veins and arteries transferring essential nutrients, gases and chemicals around our bodies, so does the earth have a network of rivers and streams carrying out the same function.
Just as the human body has lungs; a system of branching tubes which culminate in clusters of gaseous-exchange sacks the alveoli, so does the earth have the same branching structures culminating in gaseous-exchange sacks leaves. Trees and lungs are one in the same.
These are the two greatest examples between Earth and Human. Indeed they were the same examples the great genius Leonardo DaVinci noted down.

Does this pattern extend to the wider universe? Indeed it must.
We can see that the patterns of the microcosm repeat themselves in the macrocosm of outer space. If you take the very minute atom, made of a central bundle of protons and neutrons, with dozens, if not hundreds of electrons whizzing around them in an enormous radius. You can see that the same pattern exists when you look at how moons orbit planets, how planets orbit stars, and how stars… orbit blackholes? (Well I’m not sure about that last part)

Beautiful, isn’t it?
But what does it mean?

Well if you are concerned about the health of the planet, then you can see that we ought to understand the health of the individual body first, as that is the most accessible scale to work with. If we can figure out how to make one body completely healthy, harmonious and peaceful, perhaps we can figure out how to make the planet such too.

However, we do not exist as individuals. Humans, like most other things, live in groups called societies. Healthy societies will make a healthy world, but again the individual can be taken as the smallest unit of the society. So we need to consider how both function.

The individual needs healthy food, lots of movement, positive social interactions, education, creative outlet and meditation. As you can see, all bar the latter require a well-ordered society. Meditation will help to put in order the indiviudal themself. Meditation will allow the individual to see that they are one part of an interconnected system, not an isolated ego. It will allow the indivudal to be more peaceful and therefore more agreeable in relationships with other individuals. This is the ultimate path towards a healthy society and healthy planet.
